Hummingbird Homes completely remodeled this home, reworking the floor plan, adding an ensuite to create a true master bedroom/master bath, also enlarging the master closet. We created a powder room for guests, expanded the second bath to create a nice, large bathroom for the guest bedrooms. We created a “great room” delivering an open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Refinished the hardwoods throughout, added new carpet in the master bedroom, all new finishes, fixtures, paint throughout. We completely remodeled the backyard and front yard, adding zeroscape which requires very little watering.
