Hummingbird Homes did a full gut renovation on this 1955 home in the desirable neighborhood of Millcreek in Salt Lake City. We created an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, we remodeled two full bathrooms, new flooring, doors, closets and paint throughout, and a new laundry room, new stairs and railings! We gave this older home a new life and the new owners love it.
