Hummingbird Homes completely remodeled this beautiful Silver Springs home, opening up the main floor plan and basement floor plan, and reworking the master bath. Our palette inspiration for this project was: Black/White/Wood, and we added touches of color in the furniture, rugs and accessories. We created a “great room” delivering an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, with an updated fireplace surround featuring an eye catching high-end encaustic tile and repurposed railroad tie mantel. The new kitchen features a GIANT island, a cooks dream, with a gorgeous quartz counter top, high-end black stainless steel appliances, two tone cabinets, hexagon marble backsplash, beautiful matte black and stainless steel pendant lights, and a stunning matte black industrial faucet. All new finishes, trim, fixtures, flooring and paint throughout, also featuring all new matte black door hardware throughout the home.
